Developing the Doctor
Effective clinical communication skills - Face to face or online
This is a 2-day face to face course to help medical students and junior doctors understand and practise a range of communication skills required for current day clinical practice. We offer role play and simulation to run the course.
Professional soft skills (online)
This is a 1-day online course for those who wish to take their clinical practice to the next level. We train you in professionalism as expected in the current clinical setting, confidentiality, duty of candour, empathy, medical ethics and other professional attributes.

The Global Doctor
Bespoke coaching and mentoring service for the International Medical Graduates, who choose to come to the UK to work in the NHS. We offer remote learning on a range of activities and behaviour to become a successful clinician in the NHS, UK We offer one-to-one remote sessions at a convenient time for the doctor- a minimum of 3 sessions are offered followed by ad-hoc meetings as required. This is a membership-based programme @ £60/month. We prefer a minimum of 6-month membership, which can then be extended depending on the need of the doctor.
